The most award-winning brewpub in Chicago

Opened in July 2001, Piece has been serving award-winning handcrafted lagers and ales produced in small batches in our seven-barrel brewhouse. In 2006 Piece won Champion Small Brewpub at the World Beer Cup. Most recently, our former assistant brewer has returned to man the helm. Keil Weimer, who worked under Jonathan Cutler from 2014-2019, moved back to Chicago to continue the Piece tradition of brewing true to style, classic beers.

Piece brews have won an impressive total of 28 medals at the World Beer Cup and the Great American Beer Festival, making Piece Chicago's most award-winning brewpub.
